Marble
Marble has always been synonymous with elegance, prestige, and beauty; think of the magnificence of the white marbles of Carrara, the Emperdor Dark of Spain, and the Rosso Verona of Italy. Marbles are born in water, from deposits of sediments of calcium carbonate. Generally used in bathroom and wall paneling applications, marble can be used on kitchen and flooring applications, either using sealers and protective products to maintain its color and polish, or leaving it to age naturally and develop a wonderful natural patina.
Granite
Granite is a volcanic stone, cooled within the earth’s crust, rich with quartz which renders it brilliant. It’s slow formation makes granite an extremely hard stone. Generally non-porous, as well as resistant to most acids found in common house-hold cleaners and foods, granite is a top choice for kitchen counter tops, interior and exterior flooring, as well as wall paneling applications.
Exotic
Here you can find rarities such as quartzites, natural quartz slabs, calcites, travertines, serpentines, selections of very rare or unusual marbles and granites, or anything else we deemed “out of the ordinary.” We do encourage anyone interested in these items to come and view and select them in person, as these are generally “one of a kind” items.
Dolomite
Dolomite has long been celebrated for its distinctive charm and understated elegance. Dolomite is a natural limestone variant rich in magnesium, forming through the gradual alteration of limestone in the presence of magnesium-rich fluids. Often employed in both contemporary and traditional settings, dolomite is versatile enough for countertops, flooring, and wall applications. Many appreciate its ability to develop a unique, natural patina over time, reflecting the timeless beauty and character of this remarkable stone.
